Akvilė has a unique sound, which is a result of her classical background combined with her passionate interest in the world of electronica with its voluminous textures and timbres. She is an adventurous composer in terms of both sound and harmony, but always aims to be on the path of the classical ideal of union between form, melody, harmony and texture.

Akvilė is currently undertaking professional development at the prestigious National Film and Television School, studying MFA in Composing for Film, Television and Games.
